Fundamentals Class Description:
Designed to help new students learn the basic principles and become proficient at essential mat and reformer exercises;the class will be divided betweenmat-based Pilates exercises and reformer exercises. These entry-level classes focus on developing core control and mobility, muscular strength and flexibility, and activation ofdeep musclesthat yield a tone and streamline appearance.That is over 100 exercises in the fundamental classes.
Pilates Mix Class Description:
These intermediate to advanced-level classes are designed to challenge experienced, strong clients. The curriculum and equipment used will vary each class, and may include exercises performed on the reformer, using the jumpboard, chair, tower, balance equipment and small props. Challenge yourself and help maximize your potential with this varied repertoire. If you are seeking a varied strength training routine - this workout will satisfy your needs for stamina, mobility and coordination!
Yoga Class Description:
The yoga classes are designed to help clients learn the basic poses and develop stamina, while giving your body a reprieve, injecting positive energy into your hectic day. This program blends the best of both yoga and pilates into a gentle sequence of stretching, breathing and relaxation. Reducing the toll of bad stress on the body and soul.
Pre & Postnatal Pilates, Cancer Rehabilitation, Joint Injuries (back, knee, shoulder), or other conditions classes are designed to be low impact, low load, gentle movement in safe ranges. The goal is to help clients overcome pain and enhance range of movement, enhance strength and coordination, facilitate proper muscle recruitment patterns and prevent common exercise errors. This class WILL NOT diagnose or treat any specific injuries or conditions. The special populations class will follow any recommendations provided by your medical/health practitioner.
