Health Coaching take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness plan.  Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for our patients. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.  

Knowledgeable Training Expertise

With years of success and experience, teaching group fitness, customizing workout plans and specializing in Pilates and Yoga to help bodies move freely.  The missing link has been addressing the stuck stress in our connective tissue.  This is where the MELT Method comes in.  In this technique you are taught to become a hands of body worker to relieve the body of pain and stress reduction.

What is MELT?


 The MELT Method® (MELT®) is a simple self-treatment designed to help you stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime. To become a Hands-Off Bodyworker® and reduce the effects of accumulated tension and stress caused by daily living with the specialized MELT balls and rollers.  Each person learns gentle application and specific compression-techniques suitable for anyone, at any age.  This full-body method of self-care can be customized to your particular needs – from improving performance and decreasing the risk of repetitive stress injuries to eliminating chronic pain, regardless of what’s causing your pain in the first place.
